Hi there! (♡˙︶˙♡) 

Yes hahaha I know it might seems like I have no idea what I’m doing with MWOTHW but actually yes, I have the end of it, it’s complete in my mind. It’s not crystal clear as regards every single detail and character’s path yet, and I’ve made many modifications on it through the years, but now I think I found a good way to end that fic.
As I was writing it, along the way somehow the story has come alive and kind of started writing itself, and the characters often take over and change my mind, making me reconsider this or rewrite that. ^.^

MWOTHW is a very personal yet quite ordinary story about, well, ordinary life with all its happy and painful moments - it has no alternate worlds or superpowers or fantasy creatures in it, so I struggled a lot with the permanent feeling that the story is too ordinary, has no dramatic structure in the narrative; no real climax, and thus came the question: how should I finish it? I think the closure of it will may come out as flat or disappointing to some of the readers, but since the fic is about life, I plan to write the ending true-to-life, as well. Not epic nor heroic or something like that, but hopefully still satisfying enough to make my dear readers feel like it was worth the journey. ♥♥♥

Thank you for answering my question, I’ll figure out the ending of the story soon and then write it. ^^ Maybe the fic will be multi-chaptered, if it gets too long to fit the whole story in one single chapter. My Hunger Games AU was the very first fanfiction I’d gathered enough courage to post for this fandom, and also my first fanfiction written in English, so unfortunately it has many mistakes as regards the grammar, the characterization and the plot. I stopped writing it years ago because I was insecure about my writing abilities, but that story still holds a special place in my heart, so actually I’m planning to rewrite and finish it this year, in the form of a long, loong one-shot (around ~40-50k words or so). My English and writing skills are still very far from perfect, but now at least I’m a bit more confident and believe that I can write that fic the way I’ve wanted to from the beginning.
However, I’m currently uncertain about the ending; originally I’d planned to finish off the fic with one of the main characters’ death meanwhile the country is heading towards an uprising, but recently I started to consider a happy (or more like, happier) end, similar to the ending of the THG books/movies. If you don’t mind the question, can you please tell me, which one would you prefer? Angsty, bittersweet or as-happy-as-possible end? ^.^ Thank you!
